Shipping Policy

KV SILVER ZONE provides free delivery/shipping of all items within Tamilnadu, Our delivery duration depends on the product selected and the shipping address. Goods will not be shipped outside Tamilnadu.

We have several products under Ready for Dispatch category (products labelled as Ready for Dispatch). These products will be shipped within our warehouse utmost 2 working days. The products, other than ready for dispatch products are made to order products and could take 2 to 30 working days to deliver to you.

We provide transit insurance for all our products.

Delivery Process

Customer has to give the correct details of Recipient Name (as stated in the photo identification) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery.

At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product, if requested by the courier agent. Customers are expected to cooperate with them to ensure safe delivery:

If the package is found to be tampered with, the customers must reject it and report it to us through [email protected].

When the recipient is not available at the address during the first delivery attempt, our courier agent will make 2 more attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is not reachable / available after these attempts, the product will be returned to us.

Returns Policy

• We do not accept returns of products.
• In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in a damaged condition or a wrong product is delivered, you can call our customer care and request for return of the product. In case the certicard in which the product packed is opened or tampered with, return will not be accepted. Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days to make sure your purchase meets your expectations with our “No Questions asked Money Back Policy”. We are happy to refund 100% of the product cost to you without charging any shipping cost on you if you decided to return the product.

* This refund policy is applicable only if the products are shipped back to us within 14 days.

* Return the items in their original packaging with its original bill and product certificate(if any). Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.

* Products such as gold coin, gold bar, silver coin, silver bar, gift vouchers, gift cards, digital gift cards, customized ornaments, gold nose pins and loose gemstones are non-returnable.

* We will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from your purchase, if you received a discount or free gift during your purchase. You can also choose to return the free gift to us while return.

Return Procedure:

The following steps need to be followed while returning a product to us for Refund, Exchange or Buyback,

* Pack the Jewellery with its original packing and keep it in the tamper proof packet provided by kv silver zone along with it original bill and certificate(if any). Note that once the tamper proof packet is sealed, it cannot be opened.

* It may take 1-3 business days for our courier partner to pick it up.

* It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number for future reference.

* If you need any assistance in placing the return request, contact our customer care team and provide the details such as order number and the item you wish to return.

* Once the returned product is received by KV SILVER ZONE and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

* If the product is purchased using Gift Card/Digital Gift Card, the value will be refunded to the same Gift Card/Digital Gift Card or a new Gift Card/Digital Gift Card will be provided for the equal value.

Cancellation Policy

Before initiating the cancellation request, we are happy to answer any product related questions you may have.

You can place the cancellation request by going to Order History in My Account section of KV SILVER ZONE website and selecting the orders you wish to cancel.

Also, you can cancel the order by sending your consent from your registered email-id to [email protected].

Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.

Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

This easy exchange policy is applicable only if the products are shipped back to us within 14 days.

4. If the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase, the customers will get 100 % of the invoice value.

6. We will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from your purchase, if you received a discount or free gift during your actual purchase. You can also choose to return the free gift to us while exchange.

3. When returning products through www.kvsilver.com/mobile apps, the exchange value is calculated using the rates published on the website at the time of receiving the product at our warehouse.

4. When returning products through www.joyalukkas.in, the exchange value is calculated using the prevailing gold/diamond/platinum rates at the store.

5. For returned products, the exchange value will be determined by their weight, and making charges/GST will not be refunded.
